Property Cleaning Specialist
Marble Falls, TX · Full-time or Part-time · $15–$17 per hour
Clean and reset vacation rentals, homes and commercial properties across Marble Falls, Horseshoe Bay, Kingsland and surrounding areas. Work with a team or on your own.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and reset vacation rental properties between guest stays (turnovers)
- Clean residential homes and commercial spaces
- Follow checklists and take photos through our app to document each clean
- Report maintenance issues, damages or low supplies
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid ID, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance and a clean driving record
- Smartphone with data; comfortable using apps, checklists and photos
- Detail-oriented, reliable and trustworthy, with references available
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, bend and stand for long periods
- Available weekends (including Sundays) and some holidays
- Willing to wear the provided uniform and PPE
- Live within a reasonable distance of our service area
- Able to work efficiently on tight turnaround times
- Preferred, not required: cleaning, housekeeping or hospitality experience
Property Manager
Marble Falls, TX · Highland Lakes area
Help care for the homes and guests we serve. You’ll handle some of the same hands-on work as our cleaning specialists, with fewer cleaning duties and added responsibility for house checks, customer communication and light administrative work.
What You’ll Do
- Perform house checks and property walkthroughs, and report issues
- Communicate with homeowners and guests professionally and promptly
- Handle light administrative tasks: scheduling, updates and records
- Help with cleaning and turnovers when needed
- Coordinate maintenance and follow up on reported problems
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid ID, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance and a clean driving record
